Welcome to the terms of service agreement (the "Agreement").
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to your use the services provided by (the "Service").
- We will use the Hong Kong Speed Post service to ship worldwide from Hong Kong directly.
- We accept Paypal only for our online shop orders .
- The goods will be normally shipped out of our warehouse to you within 7 working days or less upon receipt of your order.
- The goods will be normally shipped to you within 7 working days or less from the post to your place. (Except, for the customer duty.)
- For the post charges, our system will use US dollars in counted and the rate is US$1=HK$7.75.
- The service of weight, we will use as the minimum of weight as 5 kg to maximum weight of 30 kg . (such as 1.5 kg to 4.5 kg will be round up 5 kg .)
- The additional charges of weight will count as per kg. (shown on the chart as the shipping pages and the weight of 0.45 kg to 0.95 will be round up 1 kg .)
- If you require an alternate shipping method, please contact us prior to placing your order. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed in the "checkout" procedure. ( payment negotiable )
- After you finished the placing order, we will provide the tracking number (such as EE123456789HK) to you by return email.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective items and etc.) Refund can only be made to your paypal account.
